At Milaav, we strive to ensure that you love our products. However, in the rare case that you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • You may opt for a size exchange or a product exchange, subject to availability.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Customers must courier the product back to us and share the tracking details.

  2. Once we receive the product and conduct a thorough quality check, we will either initiate a refund or dispatch the requested exchange article.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer, GPay, or Paytm within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

  • If you opt for store credits instead of a refund, we will provide a gift voucher of the same value with lifetime validity.

  • COD charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

  • If a discount was applied during the purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Final sale items such as products from specific discounted categories (e.g., 399/- store) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Plus-size products are made to order and considered a final sale.

Important Return Guidelines

  • All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags.

  • If the product was purchased with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned.

  • Items that are damaged, tampered with, or not in original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
